While visiting her grandma over Thanksgiving, Catie was delighted to learn how to make Aunt Betty's 1-2-3 Cake. This recipe only takes 3 ingredients, is made in the microwave, and is an easy item for kids to make.
This recipe is called 1-2-3 Cake because all you need to remember is 3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 minute in the microwave.
