Yes, you read that right! These are really Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcakes. Cupcakes and cookie dough - the combination of two favorite desserts is simply amazing!

When lovetohost (a cupcake aficionado) saw these cupcakes at her local bakery, she knew she had to replicate them and I am glad she shared the recipe.

These cupcakes are so easy to make, but I can't emphasize enough how important it is to follow the instructions especially when it comes to freezing the cookie dough.

My 8 year old niece loves to be in the kitchen baking. Catie’s favorite cooking show is Cake Boss and you can often find her mixing batter, licking the beaters, and decorating anything she can find with frosting.

While visiting her grandma over Thanksgiving, Catie was delighted to learn how to make Aunt Betty's 1-2-3 Cake. This recipe only takes 3 ingredients, is made in the microwave, and is an easy item for kids to make.

This recipe is called 1-2-3 Cake because all you need to remember is 3 tablespoons mix, 2 tablespoons water, and 1 minute in the microwave.
