Beef entrée: Steak and potato salad

Dinner doesn’t mean having to spend hours in the kitchen. You can easily whip up this tasty Steak and Potato Salad in less than 1 hour by doing most of the prep work the night before.

The steak can be prepared on stovetop grill, indoor grill (such as the George Foreman grill), or outdoor grill during the summer months.
